4. Commitment to Brand Standards:

  • Strict adherence to Saranic's international brand guidelines, quality standards, and marketing strategies.

5. Training and Skill Development:

  • Active participation in Saranic’s online and offline training programs to ensure proficiency in product knowledge and sales practices.

6. Technical and Marketing Support:

  • Capability to deliver professional after-sales support, consulting services, and technical assistance to customers.

7. Defined Sales Targets:

  • Commitment to achieving mutually agreed-upon sales targets for continuous growth in your local market.

8. Compliance with Global Pricing Policies:

  • Adherence to Saranic’s international pricing policies to prevent negative competition and maintain market consistency.


Required Documents for International Dealership:

  • Official business registration certificate or retail license.

  • Company profile, detailing international trade experience.

  • Formal letter of intent (LOI) in English.
